We will not have a steam locomotive from the Czech Republic as a guest in this year, but a historic Diesel multiple unit will attend the festival: M 131.1 "Hurvinek".

A light railway ("Feldbahn") will be installed between the festival areas of the roundhouse and the Depot of Verkehrsmuseum Dresden, which covers a distance of some hundreds of meters. It will be operated as a visitor's shuttle and be placed in the street of Zwickauer Straße.

Unfortunately, it will not be possible to bring 01 005 to Dresden, which has been hosted in Bw Staßfurt for many years. Although certificates for the transfer had already been issued by the authorities, the transfer simply holds too many risks for the loco. We are very sorry.
